By installing and using the PDF to Sheets Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

PDF to Sheets is a Chrome extension that allows you to:

  • Extract tables from PDF documents using AI-powered detection
  • Export extracted data to Google Sheets
  • Download tables as Excel (.xlsx) or CSV files
  • Process multi-page PDF documents

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not upload PDF files containing illegal content
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Not use the Service to violate any third-party rights
  • Not exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the Service
  • Not use automated tools to access the Service without permission

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and AI models, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your PDF files and extracted data. We claim no ownership over content you process through the Service.

5. Service Tiers

The Service may be offered in different tiers:

  • Free: Basic functionality with usage limits
  • Pro: Extended features and higher limits
  • Premium: Full access to all features

Tier features and limits may change at our discretion. Paid subscriptions are subject to additional payment terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Table extraction will be 100% accurate
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Any errors will be corrected

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of data or accuracy of extracted information
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Any damages resulting from your use of the Service

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Google services (Google Sheets, Google Drive). Your use of these services is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
